Please read these terms carefully before selling your device to Mobile Scraps Wala.

By selling a device to Mobile Scraps Wala, you confirm that you are the lawful owner or legally authorised to sell it and that the device has not been stolen, fraudulently obtained or unlawfully possessed.
We may verify the device's IMEI and other available details. A device may be accepted subject to verification; however, acceptance does not mean that Mobile Scraps Wala has confirmed its ownership or legal status.
If a device is subsequently found to be blacklisted, lost, stolen, fraudulently obtained, or otherwise associated with unlawful activity, Mobile Scraps Wala may retain, segregate, suspend processing of, or hand over/channelise the device to the appropriate authority or legally permitted entity, as required by law. The seller remains responsible for any false declaration, fraud or unlawful conduct.
The seller must not knowingly provide a device with an altered, removed, cloned or tampered IMEI. Mobile Scraps Wala does not knowingly purchase or deal in devices with unlawfully tampered IMEI.
The final price is determined after physical or technical inspection. Any discrepancy in model, storage, specifications, condition or device status may result in price revision or rejection.
After inspection, acceptance of the final price and completion of payment, the transaction is final and generally non-returnable/non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
The seller is responsible for backing up and removing personal data, accounts, passwords, SIM cards and memory cards before handing over the device.
Devices that qualify as e-waste will be handled and channelised in accordance with applicable Indian laws and, where required, through appropriately authorised/registered entities.
Mobile Scraps Wala may refuse, suspend or take appropriate action regarding any transaction where there is a concern relating to ownership, IMEI, fraud, theft, e-waste or any other legal/regulatory requirement.
By handing over the device and accepting payment, the seller confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
